Job Overview
Join a dynamic real estate team as a Realtor Personal Assistant, where your energy and organizational prowess will drive success! In this vital role, you will support busy real estate agents by managing administrative tasks, coordinating marketing efforts, and ensuring smooth client interactions. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help streamline daily operations, allowing agents to focus on closing deals and building relationships. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the real estate industry while providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

Assist with scheduling appointments, property showings, and open houses to maximize agent productivity
Prepare and organize marketing materials, including property listings, social media content, and promotional campaigns
Manage client communications via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely follow-up and exceptional customer service
Support negotiation processes by coordinating offers, counteroffers, and contract documentation with clients and other stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of property transactions in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law
Oversee property management tasks such as scheduling inspections, coordinating repairs, and tracking maintenance requests
Handle administrative duties including data entry, filing, and managing databases to keep all information current and accessible

Experience

Experience not needed
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
Knowledge of negotiation techniques to support deal-making processes effectively
Familiarity with marketing strategies specific to real estate markets and digital platforms
Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and legal considerations within real estate transactions
Proven customer service experience with a focus on building positive client relationships
