Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging with prospects via phone and digital communication to schedule appointments that drive our business forward. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help build strong relationships, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and supporting our sales team’s success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and sales skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using professional phone etiquette to introduce our services and generate interest.
Schedule appointments accurately in our CRM or scheduling software, ensuring all client details are correctly entered and maintained.
Follow up with leads through calls or emails to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed.
Maintain organized records of all communications, appointments, and client interactions with attention to detail.
Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to client engagement.
Use data entry skills to update client information efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills by listening actively, addressing client questions, and providing clear information about services.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, customer support, call center roles, or client services is preferred.
Strong phone communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and confidently.
Multilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in English is required, with additional language skills highly valued.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups effectively.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills in customer service scenarios, ensuring client satisfaction.
Technical proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and computer navigation.
Experience with outbound calling campaigns and understanding of phone etiquette standards.
Ability to analyze data trends and adapt strategies accordingly for better appointment conversion rates.
Customer service orientation combined with strong writing skills for email communication and documentation.
