Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. This is a fantastic remote opportunity, offering both full-time and part-time positions with flexible hours. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of working independently to ensure our operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.

Handle email correspondence, filter communications, and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.

Perform data entry, maintain client relationship management (CRM) systems, and ensure all information is accurate and confidential.

Provide general administrative support, including digital file organisation, online research, and managing expenses.

Assist with client communications, including sending reminders and following up on action items.

Organise and coordinate virtual events and team activities as required.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Qualifications

Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with online communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom.

The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a high degree of initiative.

A commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Experience in the financial services or wealth management industry is highly desirable but not essential.
