Full Job Description

SFI Safety is looking for a team member to join our organization as a SAFETY CONSULTANT to help serve our customers in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth Area.

We help our clients BEYOND COMPLIANCE We are looking for an independent and motivated individual to serve our customer base in North Texas. This is a great opportunity for a long-term career with a very well-respected company.

Job Objective:

A Safety Consultant assists our clients in creating a safe culture at the jobsite. They accomplish this by helping maintain safe jobsites through coaching, conducting safety training courses and performing safety inspections.

Duties:

Coaching all workers on the jobsites to keep them safe and ensure they understand the expectations and requirements.
Conduct safety training courses for clients to ensure a safe workplace.
Conduct safety meetings for clients as scheduled.
Conduct safety inspections for clients in assigned area and other areas as needed.
Perform accident investigations and assist with OSHA inspections.
Plan and organize daily work schedule to ensure all clients’ needs are met as required.
Enter all safety inspections, safety trainings, safety meetings, accident investigations and OSHA inspections on the SFI Safety App.
Resolve issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Continually improve by participating in professional development opportunities.

Skills/Qualifications:

Construction knowledge, Working knowledge of CFR 1926, Thoroughness, Productivity, Dependability, Customer Service, Presentation Skills, Independence, High Energy Level, Professionalism, Time Management, Self Confidence, Positivity, and Motivation for Excellence. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
