Become a Stronger Hands-On Clinician
MOSS Rehabilitation Center is a manual therapy clinic where Physical Therapists are encouraged to think critically, put their hands on patients, and use purposeful therapeutic exercise to reinforce their treatment.
You will work in Springtown, Texas, approximately 47 miles from Dallas–Fort Worth, treating a variety of orthopedic, postoperative, and nonoperative conditions while developing your skills through mentorship, collaboration, continuing education, and real clinical application.
This is not a clinic where you will receive a few weeks of orientation and then be expected to develop on your own.

Practice in a Modern, Well-Equipped Clinic
At our Springtown clinic, approximately 47 miles from Dallas–Fort Worth, you will provide one-on-one patient care in 30-minute appointments with support from Physical Therapy technicians.
The clinic includes:
- Hi-lo manual therapy tables
- Keiser pneumatic resistance equipment
- Blood flow restriction training
- Deep tissue laser therapy
- Dry needling
- Modern rehabilitation equipment
- Physical Therapy technicians who help prepare treatment areas, clean equipment, and assist with treatments

More Than a Traditional Staff Physical Therapist Role
At MOSS, Physical Therapists are not expected to simply treat the patients placed on their schedules.
You will play an active role in the clinical, operational, and cultural growth of our Springtown practice.
As an Outpatient Staff Physical Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate each patient using MOSS Rehabilitation Center’s structured seven-step examination process
- Create individualized plans of care based on age, illness, injury, diagnosis, and functional goals
- Prescribe treatment using the MAGICAL 5 Phases of Healing
- Provide hands-on manual therapy and progressive therapeutic exercise
- Prepare timely written plans of care using the clinic’s electronic medical record system
- Document functional outcomes as required by insurance payers
- Supervise the implementation of each patient’s plan of care
- Coordinate treatment with Physical Therapy technicians and support staff
- Track established clinical and operational performance indicators
- Participate in weekly clinical rounds and collaborative case discussions
- Educate patients about their condition, recovery, and long-term health
- Participate in ongoing marketing strategies that support the health of the practice
- Attend community events and help increase awareness of the clinic
- Bring proposed solutions to challenges rather than waiting for someone else to solve them
- Help maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming environment
- Go above and beyond to ensure each patient feels cared for and supported
