We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Wedding Sales Manager & Event Coordinator who is passionate about luxury events, consultative sales, and creating unforgettable client experiences. What You'll Do
Drive Sales & Business Development
- As a trusted advisor to prospective clients, you will:
- Respond promptly to wedding, corporate, and social event inquiries
- Conduct client consultations, venue tours, tastings, and planning meetings
- Prepare customized proposals, estimates, and contracts
- Guide clients through the booking process while delivering exceptional service
- Manage an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities
- Build lasting relationships with wedding planners, venues, corporate partners, and industry professionals
- Represent Café Natalie at networking events, bridal shows, venue showcases, and community events
- Generate new business through referrals, partnerships, and strategic outreach
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Coordinate Exceptional Events
- Once an event is booked, you'll help ensure every detail is executed with excellence by:
- Serving as the primary client contact throughout the planning process
- Coordinating seamlessly with culinary, operations, service, rentals, and production teams
- Developing event timelines, floor plans, staffing requirements, and logistical plans
- Communicating event details clearly across internal departments
- Supporting on-site event execution to ensure an outstanding guest experience
- Managing client requests and resolving challenges with professionalism and urgency
- Upholding Café Natalie's reputation for exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and flawless execution
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in wedding sales, catering sales, event sales, hospitality, venue sales, or event management
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
- Outstanding communication and client service skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple events, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Professional, polished, and confident presence
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and special events as business requires
- Reliable transportation
- Experience with CRM systems, Caterease, HubSpot, Google Workspace, or similar software is preferred

Base salary starting at $60,000 annually + tips + commission

Pay: $60,000.00 per month
