Full Job Description

Pay: $15.00/hour during the first 90 days, increasing to $17.00/hour after successful completion of the training period.

Schedule: Part-Time (20-25 hours per week)

Job Summary

We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated individual to help grow a modern real estate business serving Prosper, Frisco, and the surrounding North Dallas area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, marketing, and storytelling. You'll work directly alongside a top-producing Realtor to help build a recognizable local brand through video content, listing marketing, community engagement, and digital marketing.

If you're the type of person who notices great marketing, enjoys creating videos, likes learning new technology, and wants to be part of building something meaningful, we'd love to meet you.

A Texas Real Estate License is preferred but not required.

ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content Creation

Own and manage the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Film, edit, and publish short-form video content.
Create engaging graphics, reels, stories, and carousel posts.
Maintain a consistent content calendar.
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form pieces.

Listing Marketing

Create marketing campaigns for new listings.
Design Just Listed, Just Sold, Open House, and Coming Soon marketing materials.
Produce property videos and listing walkthroughs.
Assist with email marketing promoting listings and market updates.

Brand Marketing

Help grow brand awareness throughout the local community.
Coordinate community features and local business spotlights.
Manage online reviews and Google Business Profile updates.
Assist with website updates and marketing materials.
Capture content during community events, client events, and open houses.

Marketing Operations

Organize marketing assets and templates.
Track marketing performance and engagement.
Research new marketing ideas, AI tools, and industry trends.
Help improve systems and processes to support continued business growth.

QualificationsRequired

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Experience creating content using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred

Texas Real Estate License or interest in obtaining one.
Experience filming and editing short-form video.
Basic photography or videography experience.
Experience with Meta Business Suite or social media scheduling tools.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Interest in marketing, entrepreneurship, or real estate.
