Full Job Description

Job Title: Office Clerk

Summary:

Assist Manufacturing department by performing clerical duties as follows

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Assist with formulating standard work procedures, to include workflows for the department

· Verify shipping report daily, manager jobs in and out of production schedule to meet scheduled shipping dates.

· Perform verification of change orders, print and create process to administer changes on shipping dates.

· Coordinate changes with drafting department on job orders, to include manufacturing and refrigeration, document changes to orders tracking log.

· Coordinate and maintain maintenance service log, create maintenance service tickets, manage service tracking system, assist with prioritizing service schedule.

· Maintain manufacturing remake schedule, track time need to re-make panels, bridge communication between departments for produce re-makes efficiently and accurately in a timely fashion

· Compiles data for manufacturing jobs and prepares and print reports

· Document filing, sorting and distribution of mail

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

· Highly organized and well versed in various types of filing systems and methodologies.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meeting deadlines

· Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Comfortable working with computers and computer storage systems, scanning systems

· Capability to address issues and provide solutions efficiency

· Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to think analytically

· Ability to work well with others and build relationships with interrelation partners

· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

· Maintain confidentiality, able to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Education/Experience:

· Minimum of two (2) year (within the last 3 years) clerical/administrative work experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment

· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, associate's degree in office administration or outside classes in administrative management support preferred.

Pay Range $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
