What is the position?

We are looking to add one employee for an opening for a retail golf cart store manager in our The Villages storefront. No experience with these product types is required. What is required is past experience with high-level management. We need someone that is motivated, organized, and a great leader! You must be someone that others want to follow. It's important to know how to effectively communicate with your staff and assist in our quickly growing operation!

Our ideal candidate is a natural leader and knows how to effectively manage and lead our team. After approximately three to six weeks of training, you will takeover as store manager for the The Woodlands operation. You will run the store and will be involved in the following main areas:

Oversee the hiring and training of employees
Work on marketing and community outreach to reach sales goals
Manage the cleanliness and organization of our store
Strategize, develop, and implement process improvements
Maintain and increase customer satisfaction
Maintain and improve company communication
Quarterback our busy operation to ensure it's running smoothly
Ensure sales goals are being met
Lead and motivate a team of approximately 3-5

We are looking for an employee that can see the big picture, works well with others, shows initiative and will willing to grow into a possible larger role with expanded duties down the road. You must have a minimum of two years of previous management experience to be eligible for this position. You should be highly trained in conflict management and have strong oversight skills.
