Your 8-Week Journey

Weeks 1-2: Classroom and lab training at our Dallas, TX facility
Week 3: Job shadowing and on-the-job training (OJT) at one of Loftin’s seven branch locations
Weeks 4-5: Classroom and lab training at our Dallas, TX facility
Week 6: Job shadowing and on-the-job training (OJT) at one of Loftin’s seven branch locations
Weeks 7-8: Final phase of classroom and lab training in Dallas, TX – graduation!

Who We’re Looking For

You are an ideal candidate if you have/are:

A quick learner with strong problem-solving instincts.
Committed to safety, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Active listening skills and ability to follow direction.
Ability to live in the Dallas, TX area during the training program, plus travel as required trades.
Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office 360 and other Microsoft products/systems. Strong technical aptitude, including ability to learn new systems quickly and train/support team in adoption.
Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation (including a clean driving record) and drug screen.

Physical Demands
