Full Job Description

What you will enjoy doing

Lead and manage complex productivity projects nationally for the Bulk Business, partnering with stakeholders at all levels
Identify, prioritize, and support productivity improvements across multiple sites and regions
Own the replication program by sharing best practices and tracking execution with regional teams
Produce monthly productivity reports and presentations for national meetings
Apply advanced productivity tools to overcome resistance and achieve cost savings
Use operational knowledge to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase profitability
Report to the Productivity Manager and coach junior professionals on projects
Collaborate with local teams and support organizations to align efforts
Develop strategic tools and quantify financial benefits, validating results with Finance
Build and prioritize a project portfolio to meet annual financial targets
Translate business strategy into actionable plans and solve complex problems
Facilitate idea generation and develop robust project strategies with strong leadership
Align with regional management on priorities, strategy, and support needs
Thrive in a diverse team and contribute unique perspectives to drive inclusive productivity improvements

What makes you great

Possess strong technical knowledge of the industrial gases business
Demonstrate expertise in productivity and continuous improvement
Work independently as a self-starter with minimal guidance
Manage multiple projects and priorities while leading and influencing teams
Bring project management experience as an advantage
Apply experience in process monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
Use strong analytical and interpersonal skills to influence outcomes
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
Be willing to travel up to 25 percent as required
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field
Have at least five years of engineering experience in industrial gases or refining industries
Possess Black Belt training or certification
