Full Job Description

Elevate Patient Financial Solutions has an exciting career opportunity available as a Mail Clerk. This position will be 100% onsite at the Regional office in Spring, TX. The Full Time schedule for this role will be Monday - Friday 8:00am -5:00pm.

Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide general clerical and administrative office duties within the Service Center and eligibility department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sort and distribute mail.
Operate mailing equipment.
Superior customer service.
Billing maintenance.
Communicating with Administrative on problems and resolving with hospital staff if appropriate.
Collaborating with Supervisors in various offices and regions to support operations for multiple clients.
Providing support and performing additional duties as needed.
Answering phones and working the reception desk.
Attending to various reports as instructed by manager.
Performing general clerical and front office duties.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities.

Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Type 50+ wpm
Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 pm as needed
Excellent customer service skills
Remote and Hybrid positions require a home internet connection that meets the company’s upload and download speed criteria.
