Full Job Description

MET Healthcare Solutions, a Healthcare Management Group, is seeking full time Quality Analyst-Medical Scribe Specialists to join our growing team in Houston, TX. Quality Analyst-Medical Scribe Specialists work one-on-one with our physicians, assisting with case summarizations, physical examinations, and references.

Shift is Monday-Friday, 8am to 5 pm with occasional Saturday work when needed. This position requires your presence in our Houston office in the Heights area.

PLEASE NOTE: Application/resume must include WPM typed otherwise it will not be reviewed. Qualified candidates must complete typing and medical terminology assessment prior to start date.

*Responsibilities:*

* Review medical records and extract data including histories, records, and other health-related information.

* Assist in clinical summaries based on all available documentation and physician’s findings.

* Work one-on-one with physicians ensuring accurate completion of case assignments.

*Verify final scribed reports meet the quality standards required.

*Required Skills/Qualities:*

* Communicates effectively and professionally.

* Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy requirements.

* Prior experience with medical record review, medical claims, quality assurance, peer reviews, or case management is required. A degree in nursing, medical doctor, or similar field of study may be used in place of this prior experience requirement.
