Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Appointment Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects, coordinating and confirming appointments with precision and professionalism. Your proactive communication skills and tech-savvy approach will ensure smooth scheduling processes, enhance client relationships, and support our sales efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and enthusiasm will drive success.

Duties

Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, or confirm appointments with clients and prospects
Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to accurately record appointment details and update client information
Employ consultative selling techniques during warm calling to understand client needs and promote relevant services or solutions
Coordinate with sales teams and other departments to ensure appointment availability aligns with client requirements
Use sales automation technologies to streamline scheduling workflows and improve efficiency
Follow up with clients via phone or email to confirm appointments and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain detailed records of all interactions, appointments, and communications within the CRM system

Experience

Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center environments with a focus on appointment setting or customer engagement
Strong proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce Cloud, and familiarity with sales technology adoption tools
Demonstrated ability in negotiation, deal closing, and consultative selling within a B2B sales context
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
Experience with sales automation technologies, outbound calling campaigns, and sales process management
Background in technical sales or technology-driven environments is highly preferred
Prior experience in customer service roles that involve client communication and warm calling techniques
