Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various clerical tasks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting office management activities. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, managing documents, and supporting the sales and service departments as needed.
Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a positive experience.
Greet customers and visitors, providing excellent front-desk support
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform data entry and update customer and vehicle records
Maintain organized office filing systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Process paperwork for vehicle sales, service, and registration
Assist with inventory updates and dealer management software
Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure seamless office operations.

Qualifications
Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred.
Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A background in an office or in customer service is a plus.
