Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Requirements

Proven administrative experience, ideally in an automotive or service-oriented environment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the dealership.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reporting.
Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks regularly.
