- Site assessments, data collection, and documentation
- Restoration assistance, including planting and monitoring
- Client-property service tasks related to invasive plant control and woody plant health care
Technicians work outdoors in a variety of habitats—woodlands, wetlands, fields, rights-of-way—and must be comfortable working independently or alongside other field staff.

- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and operate field equipment safely.
- Basic technology skills (Microsoft Office, mobile data apps, GPS mapping).
Preferred Qualifications
