Job Summary

No two days are exactly the same, but here's what you can expect:

Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
Lead, coach, and motivate the kitchen team during service
Prepare and oversee the production of high-quality menu items
Ensure food is presented consistently and meets our quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen
Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and help minimize waste
Train new team members and support ongoing staff development
Step into a leadership role whenever the Executive Chef is away
Help create a positive, respectful, and high-energy kitchen culture
Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure an exceptional guest experience

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with inventory management and food costing
Experience creating specials or contributing to menu development
A passion for learning new techniques and sharing ideas

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Line Cook ready to take the next step
Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service periods
A team-first attitude with a passion for mentoring others
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one)
