Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operations within our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and guidance to clinical and administrative staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Responsible for daily non-clinical operations of assigned office including patient satisfaction, non-clinical team selection, performance development, and other business related functions.
Coordinate daily schedules to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal utilization of resources.
Organize and present treatment plans with patients.
Monitor compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards across all practice areas.
Support patient service excellence by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring high-quality care delivery.
Collaborate with management to implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation and always ensure adherence to confidentiality protocols.
Train, develop and manage staff to meet performance standards.
Collaborate with management in employee performance evaluation, promotion, and retention activities.
Identify areas of improvements and concerns and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Adhere to all HIPAA regulations
Other duties as directed by supervisor.

Experience

Must have experience in dental
2-5 years of experience in a Team Lead/ Office Manager role
Strong understanding of office operations, patient care procedures, and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills to motivate staff and engage with patients professionally.
Experience with Microsoft Office business applications, and dental software

Must pass a background check
Physical Requirements: Mostly walking, talking, standing, and updating information in computer systems
