Full Job Description

Chester County Eye Care has been a leader in eye care throughout Chester County and the surrounding area for over 45 years. We provide advanced care for cataracts, glaucoma, retina disorders, LASIK, diabetic eye disease, and more. We are looking for a friendly qualified candidate to join our call center.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer all incoming phone calls with a professional and pleasant demeanor
Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
Register new patients and update patient information in our EHR system
Work with clinical department to help solve scheduling conflicts
Take clear and accurate messages and distribute to appropriate personnel throughout the day
Be knowledgeable about our doctors, services, locations, etc. to be able to answer patient questions

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year working in a medical setting desired
Exceptional phone and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of insurance plans and medical terminology helpful
Available to work Monday-Friday in our West Chester office
Must be within 25 miles driving distance from our West Chester office
