Full Job Description

We are looking for the right candidate that can grow with our Amazing dental practice and call it home. We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to add to our front desk team. We pride ourselves on excellent patient care.
Attitude is everything, looking for someone with initiative, confidence, ability to communicate with patients and provide that 1st great impression. This is a busy private practice so must be able to multi task.

Must demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Experience with insurance and a proven ability to run the schedule.
Oversee insurance verification, eligibility checks, and accurate entry into Dentrix
Ensure accurate treatment plan presentation, including correct patient portions and copays
Collect and post patient payments, enter EFTs, and reconcile deposits
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly balancing of practice financial books
Prepare and submit insurance narratives and follow up on claim denials or delays
Handle insurance fee schedule updates, negotiations, and PPO participation
Minimize A/R aging and improve collection efficiency

Spanish speaker is required for this role. We are looking for along term team member to grow with our practice. If you would like to become apart of a great team then this is the practice for you.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
