What We’re Looking For
We need someone who can do more than simply film. The right person should understand modern social media content, know how to capture authentic moments, and be able to turn raw footage into polished, engaging videos.
Responsibilities will include:
- Filming short-form and long-form content
- Editing content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
- Creating Reels, Shorts, lifestyle videos, talking pieces, and cinematic content
- Capturing day-to-day lifestyle, experiences, travel, conversations, and personal-growth/spirituality content
- Helping develop creative concepts and bringing new content ideas to the table
- Understanding pacing, hooks, storytelling, music, transitions, captions, and current content styles
- Organizing and managing footage for consistent production
- Working directly with the creator to establish a recognizable visual style and brand
Resources & Equipment
The creator has the resources necessary to support production and is willing to provide or purchase equipment, software, locations, or other production needs when appropriate.
We are primarily looking for the right person, their creativity, and their ability to execute.
You do not need to own every piece of professional equipment to be considered.
