Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines administrative leadership with financial management, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong computer literacy is highly valued to support diverse communication needs and streamline office workflows. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to excellence and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations including bookkeeping,
Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events to maximize productivity
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software; process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Handle data entry tasks such as filing, document proofreading, and updating records to ensure organizational accuracy
Support administrative functions including clerical tasks like photocopying, scanning, and maintaining organized filing systems
Assist with personal assistant duties as needed, including managing correspondence and supporting team members with various administrative projects

Experience

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical support and customer service
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, POS System, and other bookkeeping software; experience in bookkeeping or basic accounting is preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools for document creation and collaboration
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment; strong time management skills are essential
Strong communication skills. Must be able to openly communicate with club officers and staff
