Full Job Description

TGR is seeking a TOP Sales Representatives/Estimator specializing in Decks, Patios, & Pavers.

TGR General Construction is a trusted Tigard/Portland based general contractor. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative/Estimator to join our team.

Join our fun, dynamic team where your earnings are based on your effort - unlimited income potential! The more you put in, the more money you will take home.

Who We Are Looking For:

Hungry and motivated estimators that wants to earn six-figure incomes.
Confident and likable closer that can communicate effectively.
Ability to meet with homeowners in person.

We are hiring now - limited spots available.

Work Location: Local Travel, meet in person with clients. Weekly Sales meeting at our office in Tigard.

Flexible Schedule - We offer appointments 6 days a week - more opportunity for you to close more deals!

What We Offer:

$70K-$200k+ per year earnings (commission pay). There is no limit to how much you can earn!
Pre-Set Appointments
Sales & Office Support Team - you can focus on building the estimate and closing the deal & we take care of the rest.

Responsibilities:

Meet with pre-set leads to assess project scope, take accurate measurements, and prepare detailed estimates.
Present proposals to clients, explain project details, and address any questions or concerns.
Close sales by building rapport, overcoming objections, and demonstrating value.
Maintaining assigned sales quotas and follow company guidelines.
Maintain relationships with past customers and referral partners to generate repeat business.
Collaborate with project managers and office manager to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, construction estimating, or related fields.
Experience with CRM platforms. Familiarity with Houzz Pro is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Deadline and detail oriented.
Valid driver’s license.
