Primary Responsibilities

Targeted Prospecting: Employ our proven systems to engage potential clients through calls, networking, and the PLACE consumer app.
Trusted Client Advisor: Gain a deep understanding of client goals to expertly guide them through buying, selling, and investing processes.
Market Insight: Provide valuable advice on market trends using exclusive data and sophisticated property valuation tools.
Effective Negotiation: Represent your clients assertively to secure the most favorable contract terms.
Relationship Development: Build enduring client loyalty through exceptional service and consistent communication.

Who We’re Looking For

Demonstrated Sales Success: Experience in real estate or a competitive sales environment with a track record of achievement.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with clients.
Self-Motivated & Team-Oriented: Driven to succeed independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
Innovative Problem Solver: Skilled at overcoming challenges in a dynamic real estate market.
Licensed or License-Ready: Holds a current real estate license or is committed to obtaining one promptly.

Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
