Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining essential data across various systems. Your technical proficiency, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will ensure the integrity and accessibility of our information. This position offers an engaging environment where your clerical expertise and customer service skills will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Duties

Enter data swiftly and accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and enterprise software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications.
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide excellent customer support.
Maintain organized records by updating client information, transaction details, and administrative files with precision.
Support office management tasks including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and overseeing front desk operations.
Assist with document processing using word processing tools and productivity software to prepare reports, memos, and other communications.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone or email while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes, improve organizational workflows, and enhance overall productivity.

Experience

Proven clerical experience in an office setting with a strong focus on data entry and administrative support.
Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data management software like QuickBooks.
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients and team members.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively.
Familiarity with office management procedures, front desk operations, and technical proficiency in productivity software is highly desirable.
Previous experience in personal assistant roles or administrative positions that required high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and professional communication.
