Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Concierge to join our team in Long Branch, NJ 07740. This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for all residents and visitors. As a key point of contact, you will manage front desk operations, maintain property logs, and provide administrative support that ensures smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help foster positive experiences and uphold the professional standards of our property. This full-time, paid position (40 hours per week, Wednesday–Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and property management expertise.

Duties

Greet visitors warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure a positive first impression.
Manage front desk responsibilities including check-in/check-out procedures and maintaining visitor and retail logs.
Monitor property operations and report any issues or concerns to management.
Provide customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and assisting residents or guests.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and document organization.
Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence and managing office supplies.
Uphold property policies and security protocols consistently.

Qualifications

Proven experience in front desk, concierge, or customer service roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Basic computer literacy; experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace preferred.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
