Role Overview:
Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking a General Manager/Chef Manager to support an Oil and Gas client in Tioga, ND. The General Manager/Chef Manager will be responsible for directing all contract management service operations and client relations of the food service operation including cafe, micro-market, and catering. Sodexo provides our corporate service partners with a diverse range of food services and integrated facilities management possibilities. - Menu planning and food management (ordering, preparation, inventory, and storage).

Cost control, including food and labor costs.

Team management of 4 employees, with oversight on payroll and compliance with safety standards (like HACCP).

Client engagement and ensuring client satisfaction.

Hands on cooking in the cafe.

Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews with Sodexo and Client Stakeholders.
