Full Job Description

An international automotive parts manufacturer in the Toledo,, OH area is looking for Quality Control Technician to join their team! This position is direct hire and full-time.

Quality Control Technician Responsibilities Include:

Set up and operate equipment (CMM and NDT)
Develop and modify programs for CMM and NDT
Perform inspections on products with hand tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers)
Create reports and document
Help troubleshoot issues as needed
Other duties might be assigned

Quality Control Technician Qualifications Include:

High school diploma or GED required, Associate's degree preferred
2-5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing or automotive
Experience with CMM or NDT is plus
Experience with quality inspection, hand tools is plus
Strong problem-solving skills and time management ability
Good communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
This position is in a manufacturing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 50 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
