Membership & Events Sales Advisor

Customer Facing Title: Membership & Events Advisor

Description of Position
Some organizations hire because they're replacing someone. We're hiring because we're growing.

Over the past 15 months, The Toledo Club has invested nearly $1 million in transforming our facilities, technology, operations, marketing, and member experience. Over the next 12 to 24 months, we expect to invest an additional $3 to $5 million as we continue one of the most ambitious modernization efforts in our Club's history.

Our investment is working. A new website, modern CRM platform, sales automation, digital marketing, and improved member experiences are generating more membership and event inquiries than our current team can effectively serve. We need another exceptional professional to help us convert this growing demand into lifelong members and unforgettable experiences.

What You'll Do
You'll become a trusted advisor to prospective members and event clients by:

Growing memberships through relationship building, networking, tours, and consistent follow up.
Selling weddings, corporate meetings, private events, and Club functions.
Conducting professional Club tours and guiding prospective clients through the decision making process.
Building long term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
Managing opportunities, follow up activities, and customer communications within our CRM.
Utilizing scheduling tools, calendars, and automated workflows to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Working closely with marketing, event planning, food and beverage, accounting, and Club leadership to ensure exceptional execution.
Identifying opportunities to improve sales processes, automation, CRM utilization, and the overall customer experience.

Experience in hospitality, private clubs, hotels, weddings, event venues, consultative sales, business development, or CRM driven sales is valuable, but we are equally interested in candidates with exceptional character, professionalism, and a desire to grow.
