The Rudolph Libbe Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies that strengthen business development, brand visibility, and client engagement across the organization and its family of companies. This role works collaboratively with the Director of Marketing, Marketing Managers, business development teams, and operating companies to execute marketing initiatives, manage projects internally and with outside partners, develop compelling content, and ensure consistent brand standards across the organization.
- Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives across Rudolph Libbe Group companies, managing projects from concept through completion while balancing multiple priorities and timelines.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, project profiles, award submissions, newsletters, sales tools, and other business development materials.
- Interview project teams, clients, and subject matter experts to create compelling project stories, testimonials, success stories, and content that supports business development efforts.
- Support business development and client engagement by developing industry-specific marketing materials and collaborating with teams across operating companies.
- Manage website content updates, social media coordination, email marketing initiatives, and marketing analytics reporting.
- Maintain marketing assets, templates, and digital libraries while ensuring adherence to Rudolph Libbe Group brand standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors, including printers, photographers, and creative partners, and support the implementation of marketing tools and systems.
- Provide marketing support for customer, community, and company events, including promotional materials, event logistics, and on-site brand representation.
- Collaborate with project teams, operations, HR, safety, training, corporate communications, and leadership to identify and support marketing opportunities.
- Gather insights from field engagement, project outcomes, and business needs to recommend improvements, inform marketing strategy, and support business development initiatives.
- Participate in strategic planning and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative, solutions-oriented ideas that enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Review and refine written communications for clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational messaging, based on experience and capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related major or 2-5 years relevant/equivalent experience in a marketing or creative environment.
- Design Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign
- Experience supporting service-based or construction/industrial businesses preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, website content management systems (HubSpot preferred), and social media planning and execution.
- Experience supporting presentation development, marketing campaigns, events, and trade shows.
