Full Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive efficient fulfillment processes. This role is responsible for managing receiving, picking, packing, shipping, production activities (kitting/assembly), and maintaining high performance against key fulfillment KPIs.The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and experienced in leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations

Oversee all daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Optimize warehouse layout, workflows, and material flow

Inventory Management

Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process controls
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Manage inventory systems and ensure data integrity

Production / Value-Added Services

Oversee kitting, assembly, and light production work
Ensure production schedules are met with quality and efficiency
Coordinate labor and materials to meet demand

Fulfillment Performance & KPIs

Track and improve fulfillment KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, on-time shipping, productivity, and turnaround time)
Analyze performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure SLAs and customer expectations are consistently met

Team Leadership

Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff
Set performance expectations and provide coaching and accountability
Foster a safe, productive, and positive work environment

Warehouse Management & Maintenance

Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
Oversee maintenance of equipment, racking, and facility infrastructure
Recommend and implement warehouse improvements and updates

Qualifications

3–7+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of receiving, fulfillment, and inventory control processes
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems
Proven ability to manage teams and improve operational performance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with kitting, assembly, or light manufacturing environments
Lean / continuous improvement experience (5S, Six Sigma, etc.)
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
