Job Title: Hot Chix Manager

Location: Sylvania, OH

Reports To: District Manager

Position Type: Full-Time

Hourly rate: $20 per hour, with eligibility for overtime

Overview: Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Hot Chix Manager to oversee daily operations at our Sylvania location. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in driving the success of a beloved brand, ensuring exceptional service, financial performance, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management:

Recruit, train, and lead a team of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and support staff.
Create a positive and motivating work environment with clear performance expectations.
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Address employee concerns and foster team collaboration.

2. Exceptional Customer Service:

Ensure guest satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations.
Address customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
Monitor and act on guest reviews to maintain service excellence.

3. Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships efficiently.

4. Financial Oversight:

Manage budgets, including cost controls and revenue goals.
Optimize costs in alignment with set metrics:
30% of revenue to the cost of goods sold.
30% of revenue to labor costs.
10% of revenue to miscellaneous expenses.
Monitor sales and profitability, making adjustments as needed.

5. Menu & Food Quality:

Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion consistency.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to innovate and update menu offerings.
Monitor food costs and minimize waste to maximize profitability.

6. Marketing & Promotion:

Implement in-store marketing strategies to attract new customers.
Partner with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions.

7. Compliance & Licensing:

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including health codes.
Manage health department inspections.

8. Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business management, or equivalent experience (preferred).
2+ years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges with ease.
Proficiency in restaurant software and POS systems.
