Alan Miller Jewelers is hiring a Full-Time Luxury Jewelry Sales Professional in Oregon, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in retail sales, jewelry sales, bridal sales, luxury goods, commission sales, or relationship-based selling who wants to build a long-term career and increase their income.

We are looking for a motivated, goal-oriented sales professional who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers make important purchases.
Luxury Jewelry Sales Professional Responsibilities
- Sell luxury jewelry, fine jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands, custom jewelry, watches, and gifts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Follow up with customers through phone calls, text messages, email, and appointment setting
- Create repeat business and referral opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
- Help customers with financing options, warranties, care plans, and protection plans
- Assist customers with special orders, custom jewelry, and repair intake
- Participate in store events, holiday sales, trunk shows, and promotions
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and merchandise displays
- Accurately process sales transactions, customer information, and client records
- Participate in ongoing sales training, jewelry training, and product knowledge development
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales, luxury sales, commission sales, jewelry sales, bridal sales, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable asking for the sale and closing business
- Goal-oriented and motivated by commission and performance
- Professional appearance and polished presentation
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Available to work Saturdays
- Passion for fashion, jewelry, luxury products, or design is a plus
Performance Expectations
Successful candidates in this role:
- Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals
- Grow a personal client base through daily outreach and follow-up
- Increase average ticket and close ratio
- Generate repeat business and customer referrals
- Present financing, warranties, and protection plans confidently
- Participate actively in events and busy selling seasons
- Take ownership of personal income growth through strong performance
