Join Our Toledo Sales Team!

We are seeking a motivated and driven Territory Manager to join our Toledo Sales Team. This is a business-to-business sales role focused on developing new relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping local organizations find the right technology solutions for their needs.

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a book of business within an assigned territory. You'll have the opportunity to represent a diverse portfolio of technology solutions while developing long-term customer relationships and growing your sales career with OBM.

Compensation

Compensation includes base salary, commission, and bonuses
Uncapped commission potential

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within an assigned Toledo-area territory.
Prospect for new customers through in-person visits, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
Meet with businesses to understand their current technology, challenges, and future needs.
Identify opportunities across OBM's portfolio, including office technology, managed print, managed IT and cybersecurity, workflow solutions, physical security, interactive displays, and other business technology services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
Manage the sales process from initial prospecting and discovery through proposal, presentation, and close.
Communicate regularly with customers and prospects and provide timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
Track sales activity, opportunities, and pipeline through Compass CRM.
Collaborate with internal specialists, service teams, and support staff to develop solutions that meet customer needs.
Develop a strong understanding of OBM's products, services, and technology partners.
Effectively manage your territory and workload while consistently working toward individual sales goals and performance targets.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of sales experience.
Competitive, positive, and self-motivated attitude.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Professional image and strong business acumen.
Ability to set goals, manage a territory, and work independently.
Comfortable prospecting, networking, and developing new business.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
Valid driver's license required.

Position Details

Full-time position
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Based in the Toledo, Ohio market
Regular in-person customer meetings and daily prospecting within the assigned territory
This is not a remote position
