- Own all warehouse activities, including storage allocations and shipping metrics
- Ensure shipments, production requirements, and inventory movements are executed safely, accurately, and on schedule

- Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
- Experience leading supervisors, leads, and hourly employees in a high-volume operational environment
- Demonstrated experience managing inventory control systems, cycle count programs, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation processes
- Experience managing operational budgets, labor planning, service performance, and productivity initiatives
- Demonstrated success leading continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation efforts
- Experience supporting manufacturing or consumer packaged goods environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, material flow, and supply chain principles
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable for performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert operational data into business decisions
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems, ERP systems, inventory transactions, and reporting tools
- Strong financial awareness, including labor management, expense control, and productivity measurement
- Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and organizational leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining operational discipline and customer service standards
