Description

You’ll transform ideas into thoughtful, refined, and buildable residential designs—from concept through detailed architectural drawings.

You’ll be responsible for:

Creating high-quality residential plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings
Producing precise drawings using AutoCAD
Translating design concepts into functional, beautiful spaces
Supporting permitting and construction documentation
Collaborating closely with our design team, builders, and clients
Managing multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail

WHAT YOU BRING

Required:

Strong AutoCAD experience
Residential architectural drafting/design experience
Understanding of residential construction and detailing
Exceptional attention to detail and design sensibility
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Education or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Design, or a related field

5+ years of professional residential architectural drafting experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
