Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of permanent makeup procedures including lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, microblading, and eyebrow shading with precision and artistry.
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatments tailored to their facial features and preferences.
- Ensure all procedures adhere strictly to tattooing and piercing safety regulations, infection control protocols, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain accurate medical records and client documentation using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while ensuring confidentiality.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and safety guidelines in aesthetic treatments, including eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments.
- Promote additional services such as makeup application or other aesthetic treatments to enhance client experience and business growth.
Requirements
- A passion for the beauty industry.
- Training and certification is provided if needed
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients about their goals and expectations.
- Excellent customer service and punctuality
- Ability to work in a luxury, professional environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Open to eyelash extension training if needed
