Description

Title Clerk

DeMontrond® Auto Group has an opening for an experienced Title Clerk in our Accounting department. This individual will be responsible for out-of-state titles, as well as, Texas titles. Excellent team atmosphere with on the job training.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states).

Post accounting entries related to all DMV transactions.

Complete DMV registration paperwork through TitleTec, WebDealer and TitlesDesk.

Enter all information needed for title administration in computer system.

Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed.

Promptly and professionally answer all incoming and internal calls.

Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission and Value in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma

1-3 years experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Title work experience (Texas and out-of-state)

Reynolds and Reynolds and/or CDK/ADP experience.
