About Us
On Point is a fast-growing sales organization delivering energy and internet services directly to customers through face-to-face sales channels. Our teams operate across field sales, retail locations, and multiple client programs.
Behind our sales organization is an operations team responsible for keeping people, systems, reporting, payroll, inventory, onboarding, and client requirements running efficiently.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor who can take ownership of these processes, lead day-to-day operational execution, identify problems before they become larger issues, and continuously improve how the organization operates.
About the Role
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating key operational functions that support our sales organization.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant operations experience.
The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple operational processes at the same time, working across departments, supervising priorities and deadlines, analyzing operational information, resolving escalations, and improving processes.
This position requires someone who can move beyond completing assigned tasks and instead take ownership of outcomes.
You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Recruiting, HR, Payroll/Finance, IT, leadership, field teams, and external client partners.
Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

- Manage recurring client requirements, reports, deadlines, and operational deliverables
- Oversee employee and sales agent onboarding processes, including documentation, system access, equipment, training coordination, and completion tracking
- Review sales activity, operational data, and performance reports for accuracy
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports, KPI summaries, and leadership updates
- Identify trends, discrepancies, risks, and operational performance issues using data
- Assist with payroll, commission, incentive, and compensation validation
- Investigate payroll or commission discrepancies and coordinate corrections when necessary

- Maintain accurate records and ensure operational documentation remains organized and current
- Coach and support operations team members while maintaining clear expectations and accountability
