Full Job Description

Job Overview:

The Chief of Staff develops and oversees the organizational roadmap, translating executive vision into clear, actionable plans. This role ensures operational excellence by aligning teams, managing priorities, tracking KPIs, and maintaining systems such as Monday.com to drive accountability and on-time execution. The Chief of Staff supports the CEO in strategic decision-making, leadership meetings, and special initiatives while proactively resolving operational challenges. This position also leads cross-functional coordination and alignment with our values, our new program developments, and process implementation to support growth across CSG and M-Squared Learning.

Job duties:

Develops and oversees the organizational roadmap, translating Yocheved’s ideas into actionable plans.
Ensures all teams adhere to core processes and operating systems, demonstrating effective project management.
Tracks and reports on operational metrics and KPIs.
Aligns cross-functional teams, resolves bottlenecks, and fosters team cohesion.
Supports the CEO in strategic decisions, leadership meetings, and execution of initiatives.
Proactively resolves operational challenges and conflicts.
Maintains Monday.com and ensures accurate updates. On-time delivery of key strategic initiatives.
Documented and implemented prioritization processes.
Follow-up and accountability across CSG, M2
Support Paid speaking engagements and measurable thought leadership impact.
Own special projects
Develop programs and strategies for new initiatives or schools to ensure clear direction and smoother operational processes.
Collaborate with the HR coordinator to maintain alignment and clarity in any new processes.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.

· 1 -2 years of operations management

· Strong project management skills with experience tracking KPIs, priorities, and cross-functional initiatives

· High proficiency with organizational tools and systems (e.g., Monday.com) and a track record of driving accountability and execution.

Must be in in the EST Time zone, New York, New Jersey area.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $56,516.81 - $60,000.00 per year
