Job Title: Debt Collector

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated, positive, and team-oriented individuals to join our debt collection team. As a Debt Collector at Alliant Capital Management, you will be responsible for contacting consumers to collect outstanding debts in a compliant, respectful, and professional manner. Our team enjoys access to some of the best debt portfolios in the industry, giving you the opportunity to earn more while helping resolve financial obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact consumers via phone and email to collect outstanding debts.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals.

Qualifications:

High-energy, positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work as part of a team while achieving individual goals.
Money-motivated with a desire to succeed.
Prior experience in collections or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Must be able to follow company policies and ensure compliance with the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and other relevant regulations.
