With a commitment to innovation, strategic marketing, and franchise expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Director of Growth Marketing to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and franchise development.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Growth Marketing to lead our company's expansion initiatives and drive scalable customer acquisition. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data-driven decision-making, and innovative growth strategies, who is also willing to get in the weeds and perform tasks themselves. As the driving force behind our growth efforts, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that elevate brand awareness, optimize conversion rates, and maximize ROI across multiple platforms. Your expertise will empower our team to harness the full potential of digital tools and analytics to accelerate business growth in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

Marketing and Consumer Growth

Develop and implement integrated growth marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives, focusing on scalable customer acquisition and retention.
Oversee the management of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels, ensuring optimal performance and budget utilization.
Oversee the marketing team, ensuring effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, local store marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
Lead website management efforts using content management systems, ensuring site optimization for SEO, user experience, and conversion.
Utilize SEO tools, keyword research, and content creation to improve organic search rankings and increase inbound traffic.
Oversee content marketing efforts, including blog articles, video marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Manage marketing automation workflows, email marketing campaigns, and web analytics reporting to track performance metrics and inform strategic adjustments.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling graphic design assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator for digital campaigns.
Leverage technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics to implement tracking solutions and analyze campaign data for actionable insights.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns while maintaining brand consistency across social media management platforms.
Stay ahead of industry trends in SEM, paid search marketing, social media advertising campaigns, and e-commerce strategies to keep our marketing efforts innovative and competitive.

Online Marketing Strategy for Prospective Franchisees

Develop and oversee digital lead generation strategies for franchise development marketing, including:
Targeted online advertising campaigns to attract high-quality franchise leads.
Landing pages and conversion-optimized content to nurture prospective franchisees.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and email automation to follow up with leads efficiently.
Social media advertising on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube to engage and educate potential franchisees.
Webinars, case studies, and testimonials to showcase franchisee success stories.
SEO strategies to ensure franchise development pages rank highly in search results.
Track and analyze franchisee acquisition metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Oversee the Franchise Development Department, managing strategies to attract, engage, and convert prospective franchisees.

Leadership & Strategic Planning

Provide strategic direction for brand growth and franchise expansion, focusing on data-driven marketing and business development strategies.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, R&D, and franchise development teams to ensure aligned goals.
Manage budgets, performance metrics, and reporting for all areas under this role.
Mentor and develop a high-performing team focused on innovation, execution, and measurable growth.
Develop and implement franchise sales and marketing campaigns to support growth targets.
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure franchise development aligns with company goals and market opportunities.
Represent the brand at industry events, franchise expos, and networking opportunities to expand franchise presence.

Skills

5+ years of leadership experience in digital marketing, franchise development, or growth strategy, preferably in a multi-unit restaurant franchise or retail setting.
Extensive experience with SEO tools, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and web analytics reporting tools.
Proven ability in conversion optimization techniques to enhance landing pages, funnels, and overall user experience for higher engagement rates.
Expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms including Facebook Advertising and social media management tools.
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing automation systems, content creation strategies, keyword research methodologies, and performance marketing analytics.
Ability to interpret web analytics data to inform campaign adjustments; familiarity with SQL for data analysis is a plus.
Experience in B2B marketing environments with a focus on e-commerce platforms is highly desirable.
Strong copywriting skills combined with content management system expertise to craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.
Ability to travel 25-30% of the time to franchise locations.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
