Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Gradient Annuity Brokerage which offers fixed annuity solutions. For more than two decades, our sales team has built a reputation of success, backed by over 300 years of combined industry experience. We are seeking a President of Gradient Annuity Brokerage to lead our annuity sales organization.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategic direction for Gradient Annuity Brokerage.
Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and implementing scalable programs that increase production across the organization.
Partner with sales leaders and marketers to create impactful training programs, webinars, and educational resources that strengthen product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and professional development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners, serving as a key liaison and advocate to foster collaboration and support business objectives.
Lead, inspire, and motivate the sales team by cultivating a high-performance culture centered on accountability, engagement, and positive energy.
Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation strategies, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal-closing execution.
Continuously evaluate market conditions, industry trends, and sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and growth.
Play a critical role in agent recruitment, retention, engagement, and long-term relationship management.
Resolve escalated producer and carrier issues by providing leadership, guidance, and effective solutions that protect relationships and support business continuity.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What you Bring

10+ years of annuity experience – Preferred
5+ years of sales experience – Required
5+ years of leadership experience – Required
Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
Deep understanding of the full sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and closing strategies.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and improve team performance.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
