Full Job Description

As a Legal Assistant/Paralegal, you will play a key role in client communication, scheduling, and case management. You’ll manage your own caseload, draft legal pleadings, and assist attorneys in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a dynamic role that requires multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities.

Required:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior experience in an office setting, preferably in a legal environment

Preferred:

1+ years of experience working in a law firm or legal office
Paralegal certification (e.g., through NFPA or NALA) or an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies
Experience drafting legal pleadings and managing caseloads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
