Full Job Description

Foust Fleet Leasing is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Receptionist to join our team!

This full-time role combines bookkeeping, accounting support, and front-office customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing financial records, accounts payable, and a strong attention to detail, while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include:

Welcome and assist clients, vendors, and drivers in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Process accounts payable.
Reconcile bank accounts.
Prepare financial reports.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Leasing or car dealership experience is preferred.
Proficient in QuickBooks.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of lease accounting is helpful, but not necessary.
Experience reconciling bank and financial reporting.
Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
