Full Job Description

Position: Call Center Sales Manager

Department: Advisors Excel

Reporting to: President of National Lead Generation

Location: Lenexa, KS or Topeka, KS - Onsite

Overview:

This isn't a "maintain the machine" job. You're helping to building it.

Advisors Excel—one of the nation's largest independent financial services companies—is launching a brand-new lead generation and appointment-setting operation, and we're looking for a Call Center Sales Manager to help bring it to life.

In this role, you'll recruit and develop a high-performing team, establish the processes and technology that drive success, and lead the day-to-day operation. You'll help build the foundation for a scalable, high-performing call center while shaping the future of this growing division and creating meaningful value for Advisors Excel partners

What you’ll do:

Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Call Center Representatives focused on creating quality consumer connections and advisor opportunities
Lead daily call center operations while establishing scalable processes, workflows, and quality standards.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including contact rates, qualification rates, appointments booked, and appointments held.
Develop call scripts, coaching strategies, and quality assurance programs that drive consistent results.
Work alongside your team during the early stages of the department by assisting with outbound calling and appointment setting as needed.
Partner with senior leadership to establish operational processes, optimize lead management, and enhance the advisor handoff experience.
Analyze performance data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience you’ll bring:

Experience with outbound sales, inside sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience.
Experience leading or coaching high-performing sales or customer service teams.
Experience building processes, workflows, or team structures in a growing or changing environment.
Demonstrated success working in a metrics-driven sales environment.
Experience with CRM systems and outbound dialing technology.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Bonus Points:

Experience building or expanding a sales or call center operation.
Experience in financial services, insurance, annuities, Medicare, or a related industry.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
