Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and experienced Agent to join our high-performing team.

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for an individual with prior insurance experience who's ready to take the next step — building advanced sales skills, strengthening client relationships, and positioning themselves for long-term growth within the Farmers Insurance network.

Office space available and ready!

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements

Possession of relevant insurance licenses or willingness to obtain them.
Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to interpret client data effectively
Knowledge of insurance sales practices and benefits administration is highly desirable
Experience in telemarketing or marketing strategies to generate leads and expand outreach efforts
Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced settings
Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration standards

Responsibilities

Solicits and writes new business
Meets the production requirements and goals assigned by the agent or agency manager
Maintains monthly sales record and provides a copy for review to the agent and/or operations manager
Drive and Productivity: Able to bring about great results from ordinary circumstances; prepare for problems or opportunities in advance; undertake additional responsibilities and respond to situations as they arise without supervision.
Innovation: Accept innovation and improvement recommendations.
Communication: Acceptable verbal and written communication skills.
Team Work: Accept feedback when offered and work well with others.
