Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Front Office Receptionist to join our growing dental team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
Verify insurance and assist with billing and payment collection
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Coordinate treatment schedules and follow-up appointments
Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Dental office experience is REQUIRED
Experience as a Dental Assistant PREFERRED
Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with dental software systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar preferred)
High level of organization and attention to detail
