A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN Evening REPRESENTATIVE
As a Evening Receptionist, you are the face of hospitality. You enter reservation information into our hotel booking system and warmly check guests in or out when the time comes. At times, you process same-day reservations and cancellations. You work to assure the highest level of satisfaction for our guests. Working closely with housekeeping and maintenance, you schedule or report any requests as needed. Leveraging your customer service skills, you accommodate special requests by guests and managers whenever possible.
You are available to our guests at all times, whether during the morning, evening, or night shift. You take charge of helping clients, complete daily cleaning checklists, follow all safety procedures, and properly perform night audits. You enjoy meeting guests, and helping them have the best experience possible at our hotel gives you a great sense of accomplishment!

Duties:
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management and other departments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Ensure the security of guest information and confidentiality of data
- Monitor and respond to phone calls and emails during the night shift
- Provide exceptional guest service and maintain positive guest relations
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
